Refunds & Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order from Soap and Rose. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item/order if you find an item which is not as you expect, or if an item is faulty.


Please check your items and inform us of any problems as soon as you receive your order, as returns must be processed within 28 days of receiving your order.


Only Goods purchased on the website can be returned to Soap and Rose for a refund or an exchange.

If any Goods purchased have faults or are damaged when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect (or incorrectly priced) Goods, please contact us at as soon as reasonably possible to inform Us of the fault, damage, or error, and to arrange for a refund or replacement.

Should Goods be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Soap and Rose will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Any and all refunds issued will include all delivery costs paid by you when the Goods were originally purchased.

Should a refund be required it will be issued to you within 14 calendar days of the following:

  • The day on which We receive the Goods back; or

  • The day on which you inform Us (supplying evidence) that you have sent the Goods back; or

  • If We have not yet provided an Order Confirmation or have not yet dispatched the Goods, the day on which you inform Us that you wish to cancel the Contract.
